Transcriptions delivered directly to your desktops!

Using any hand held digital recorder, all you have to do is plug the unit into your computer via a USB plug and upload your files.  You will be able to send us your dictation via our HIPAA compliant FTP server (for more information on our FTP server see the FTP page).  We prefer the use of Olympus hand held digital units producing .dss file formats or units producing .wav file formats.     

We customize all work to your particular preferences; you are not locked into any particular transcription format.  All transcriptions are turned around within 24 hours (rush services available).  You are guaranteed easy access to your own account representative 7 days a week, 24-hours a day.

Two transcriptionists are assigned to each individual account so that they become familiar with your voice patterns; this ensures quality on a regular basis.  All completed transcription goes through our proofreading department for a final check.
